CG PAT 2024 (Chhattisgarh Pre Agriculture Test) is held on every year by, Indira Gandhi Agricultural University, Raipur. 
As per they provide admission to students aspiring to pursue their study in Agriculture and Horticulture courses at Indira Gandhi Agricultural University [previously was recognize as Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya (IGKV)].

CG PAT 2024

The CG PAT 2024 examination will be conducted by Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board.

The exam is done in an offline manner. Students can attend an exam in English mode as well as Hindi. Objective questions will be asked in question papers.

• The Candidates have to apply for CG Pre Agriculture Test (CGPAT) 2024 only through the online process which will start in the l 2024.
• Students need to submit their applications before the last date. as after the last date applications form won't be accepted
• At starting, candidates need to register for an online process.
• Candidates have to give required information like name. parent’s name, date of birth, contact no., address and academic qualifications, etc in the application mode.
• Students have to pay fees online mode via debit card, credit card, net banking, etc, or one mode with SBI Challan.

CG PAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria

CG PAT Academic qualification: In this field, students will be able to find all the details regarding the Eligibility Criteria. 

Before the commencement of the online application process, it is necessary to take a look at the eligibility criteria to be able to fill the form. 

First of all, the minimum academic, residential, and age limit for candidates to be able to seem for the Entrance Examination.

Residential Criteria:

Applicant should have India Nationality. Applicant must have domicile certificate of Chhattisgarh

Age Limit Required:

The age limit for candidates to the unreserved category is below 25 years as of the date of application filing. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste from (SC),Scheduled Tribe from (ST),Other Backward Class like (OBC) and Persons with Disability (PWD) categories and female students, should be below 28 years of age.

Academic Qualifications Required

Students who have completed or those who are currently pursuing their XIIth or equivalent examination (HSC) from Chhattisgarh board or any other recognized board inside from India.

They Must have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology/ Biotechnology as main subjects in HSC. General category candidates must have at least 50% marks, while SC/ST/OBC/PWD and female students need to have attained a minimum of 45% marks in the 12th class or equivalent examination inside.

Exam Pattern

In this field, candidates will be able to find all the details regarding the CG PAT 2024. 2 hours will be given to students for exam completion. 

The examination exam will consist of 200 MCQs. There will be 3 divisions divided in the question paper, depending upon the group selected by the candidates. For Mathematics and Biology Groups students, questions from PCM and PCB will be asked respectively. 

Students will have to answer all 60 questions each from Physics & Chemistry division, and 80 questions will be provided in Mathematics/Biology.

 For the Agriculture group, questions will be provided from – Elements of Science Mathematics Useful for Agriculture, Crop Production and Horticulture and Elements of Animal Husbandry and Poultry Farming.

The examination will only be conducted in the offline process. CG PAT 2024 will be held on in both English and Hindi languages (based on student selection). 

Students will have to mark only one out of four options given for each question and mark the answer on the OMR sheet.

1. Just visit the official website of the Examination Board – Click here
2. Then click on the ‘Entrance Exam’ link which mentions under the Admit Card section on the right side of the panel.
3. Now click on the ‘Download Admit Card of Pre-Agriculture Test (PAT) 2024 Entrance Examination’ link
4. Submit  your Registration ID and Code which will be shown in Captcha
5. Click on the ‘Submit’ tab
6. Admit Card of CG PAT 2024 will be in a pop-up on the screen
7. Get the hard copy of the admit card and bring it to the examination center.

• Then click on the ‘Pre-Agriculture Test 2024’ tab.
• Afterward, enter your Registration No. and click on the ‘Submit’ link.
• The student’s scorecard will pop up on the screen.
• Students must take a printout of the CG PAT 2024 scorecard for future use.

Information About The Merit List

The merit list will be prepared and declared by Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board one week after the declaration of the result on their website.

• The performance of candidates will be the basis for the merit list.
• Once the merit list is prepared, the counseling process will start.
• Candidates qualified for the exam will be eligible for attending the counseling process.
