1. The candidate should have an LLB/BL degree.
2. The candidate who is appearing in the LLB or BL in the final year. Those candidates are also eligible.
3. The candidate who obtain 50% marks in the exam (for SC/ST- 45%). those candidates are also eligible for this AP PGLCET 2024 exam.
4. Those candidates who have secured the minimum 50% marks in graduation from a recognized university are also applicable for the application. 
5. The SC/ST candidates required a minimum of 45% marks.

6. Age limit- There is no age limit in the AP PGLCET 2024 exam.

7. Nationality- Indian.

8. Domicile- Local and Non-local status.
