Allahabad University PGAT 2024: Allahabad University is among the most popular central universities offering various undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral degrees. The university is going to conduct AU PGAT 2024 to allow entry to various postgraduate programmes (MA, MSc, MCom, etc.) offered by the university. AU PGAT 2024 will be conducted in both online and offline mode by the university.

As per the official notification by Allahabad University, the last date to apply for AU PGAT 2024 was 20 May 2024. There will be no further extension of the date. The AU PGAT 2024 exam is scheduled to be conducted from 2 June 2024 to 5 June 2024.

Note: CUET PG 2024 exam scores will not be considered for admission to various postgraduate programmes offered by the university.

Students can go through the official website and click on the application amount fees. The amount will be paid online mode. The applicant can be paid by the HDFC Bank which is connected with the University. The amount can be paid by Debit card, Credit card, and net banking, etc. The included subjects are-

University provides the 3 hours for solving the question paper of Allahabad University PGAT 2024. If the candidate chooses only one subject then the candidate solves only 100 questions and if the candidate chooses two subjects then the candidate will solve the 150 questions.

Allahabad University PGAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Here we mention all conditions for all Courses and Eligibility criteria for the course:

For Subject Candidates:-

Candidate should have appeared/ passed Graduate in any stream, that Application is only for those subjects. If any candidate has not appeared/ passed at any stream of graduation in the third year then they are not allowed to appear in any entrance examination. Graduation is a must for the Allahabad University PGAT 2024 Admission. 

For Non - Subject Candidates:-

If any student wants to take the admission in any subject in which they have not appeared/ passed at graduate in final year in any stream, they have an option to choose any one subject in following options-

• Hindi
• English
• Med. & Mod. History
• Ancient History
• Political Science
• Philosophy
• Education

But those candidates cannot appear in Allahabad University PGAT 2024 examination in such subjects. The student can also apply for Non-Subjects with the following limitations-

• Sociology
• Psychology (they have 1st division in any stream of graduation i.e. 60% marks above).
• Students can also apply for the Economics subject provided they have Maths, Statistics at UG.

Before to fill any application kindly check the eligibility conditions of each course. University does not decide the limits for the number of application forms. Students can apply for any course provided he/she fulfills eligibility conditions.

Allahabad University PGAT 2024 Courses Offered

Allahabad University PGAT 2024 Exam Pattern

The university follows a predetermined examination schedule. The institution offers 150 multiple-choice questions, with two marks awarded for each correct answer. The is taken away by the university. For each incorrect response, you will be docked five points. The first 50 questions on the Allahabad University PGAT 2024 exam paper must be completed by all students. 

• In the Examination, 150 questions will be asked in an examination paper.
• AU PGAT Part one examination paper will be conducted offline as well as online.
• AU PGAT Part second examination paper will be conducted online mode.
• For every correct answer, two marks will be awarded.
• For the wrong answer, 0.5 marks will be deducted.
• In the exam paper first 50 questions will be compulsory for every student.
• An applicant will have 3 hours to complete their exam paper of Allahabad University PGAT 2024.
• If students choose one subject then they have to attend only 100 questions.
• If students choose two subjects then they have to attend only 150 questions.

University has a Question Paper for all subjects like M.A, M.Sc, M.Com, etc. The Entrance Test will be cover the syllabus of B.AM B.Com, B.Sc of Allahabad University.

Allahabad University PGAT 2024 Admit Card 

About The Hall Ticket: The test taker has to carry their Admit card to the examination center. The admit card deliver in May 2024.

without the admit card examiner will not be allowed to enter the examination. The applicant has to bring their Adhar card, pan card, voter id, etc.

The admit card will not send by any kind of post. The applicant has to fill their form carefully because all details will be mention on the admit card.

If any mistake finds by an examiner in the admit card, they can cancel your exam. Do not damage the admit card keep it safe.

Allahabad University PGAT 2024 Result 

When the result is released in June 2024, it will be available on the official website. Students must enter their registration number, password, and date of birth to download the result. There is no mail or courier delivery of the result.Applicants must be qualified with higher marks since the Merit list is generated from the result mark sheet.

Those students whose names will not show the result list as well may not be available on the Merit List.

If Two Candidate Get Equal Marks

If in the Allahabad University PGAT 2024 exam two or more candidates are getting equal marks in the entrance exam then the university has another way to declare the result.

University gives priority to the higher age candidate. That means those candidates who have higher age will qualify for the exam.
