RCI
The Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) came into force in September 1992 to track the facilities provided to a disabled person. The registry of RCI took place in the year 1986. It was formed under the parliament and was labelled as a legalised body on 22 June 1993. Some reformation activities were carried out by the parliament to make RCI expansive. The idea was to spread the concept worldwide for harmonizing the curriculum and arranging a rehabilitation centre for equally skilled special educators. Nobody is allowed to lecture a disabled person without a proper degree in special education. This act of teaching the disabled person can be punitive too. The Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) is known as the zenith of legalised body. It falls under the Act of Parliament and works towards providing training schemes and programs for the disabled person. The register is kept for competent special educators who deliver lectures successfully in special schools. Some amendments were made in the act to debate and talk about RCI from a new perspective
