What is NEET?
NEET(National Eligibility and Entrance Test) is now compulsory for taking admission in medical. National Eligibility cum Entrance Test is known as NEET. But it was canceled later as per the order of the Supreme Court. This NEET examination started on 5 May 2013. Before the year 2016, AIPMT. All India Pre-Medical Tests had to be given to get admission in the medical field, through which medical students got admission in courses like MBBS, BDS, MS. After 2016, only one national level examination is being organized, which has more transparency as well as many other facilities. This is an examination in which all India quota seats and state-level quota seats are filled. After qualified NEET exam, many private medical colleges provide admission.
NEET Full Form
The National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET),formerly the All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT),is the qualifying test for MBBS and BDS programmes in Indian medical and dental colleges. It is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

Eligibility Criteria
- Students must be a citizen of India.
- Desirous students who want to appear in the examination must complete 17 years.
- Basically, the student must secure their 12th with a minimum of 55% marks in the science and English stream.
- Whereas reversed category students have to secure a minimum of 40% marks in science stream and English stream.
- You can take this examination participation for at least 25 years.

What is AIPVT?
(AIPVT) All India Pre-Veterinary Test was organized by the Veterinary Council of India (VCI). NEET result is required for the APIVT counseling without the NEET result it can not proceed to the word of next level. After qualified for the examination students eligible to take admission to B.V.Sc & A.H degree course. According to the survey 15% of seats reversed under All-India Quota, it will be appropriate for the recognized Veterinary Colleges in India (except for Jammu & Kashmir State).
Eligibility Criteria
- Students must a resident of India.
- 15% of quota seats are not eligible students those who belong to Jammu & Kashmir.
- Students have to secure a minimum of 50% marks at 12th standard.
- The minimum age limit for the candidate must be 17 years.

What is AIIMS
All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) this examination basically organized for the MBBS at the national level. This entrance examination conducted by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. After qualified, the examination candidate can take admission in various states New Delhi, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Jodhpur, Patna, Raipur, Rishikesh, Guntur, and Nagpur.
Eligibility Criteria AIIMS
- Candidate must be an inhabitant of India.
- Examination appears students, age not below than 17 years.
- Aboard students can also participate in the AIIMS exam with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Whether it is the students of India, it is the students of Abroad, they will need 12th marks.
- Students can be passed with the English science stream.
- For the India General category students have to secure a minimum of 60% marks whereas SC/ST category students have to secure a minimum of 50% marks.

AIIMS Exam Pattern
- In the examination paper, the total number of questions will be 200.
- MCQ questions will be asked.
- The entire examination will be of 200 marks.
- Yes, there are negative marks like 1/2 marks will be deducted for examination.
- Examination duration of 3 hours and 30 mins.
- English and Hindi will be medium.
