5-day Utkal University platinum jubilee celebrations to begin today!

Utkal University will celebrate the culmination of its year-long ‘platinum jubilee’ celebrations from November 23 to 27. Several events have been planned to mark the occasion. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will inaugurate the five-day celebrations. There will be an ‘alumni meet’ on November 24
