IIT Guwahati launches school of business

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati will start admission to the MBA course in its newly initiated School of Business. The admission to the first batch of MBA candidates will be announced soon.

The admission to the MBA program is likely to be announced in January 2022, and the classes are expected to start from July 2022. The admission process for the MBA course will be in line with the usual schedule for admission to the IITs. The candidates who have qualified for the common entrance exam (CET) will apply for this program. Candidates can get all the necessary information on the official website - iitg.ac.in/sob.

The admission will be completed in two stages, where; in the first stage, the candidates will get selected for the personal interview round. In the second round, the selected candidates will have to clear some more processes before the confirmation of admission after the first round.

The management of the IIT Guwahati said that the idea behind the School of Business, IIT Guwahati was to promote and contribute to subjects like management, entrepreneurship and other subjects.
