engineering admission extended in Odisha

The fresh admission dates to various engineering courses in Odisha have been increased for the academic session 2021-22. The last date for admission to the engineering courses in engineering courses in Odisha is 31 December 2021.

The previous date for admission to various engineering courses was 30 November 2021. Still, some of the private universities filed a plea for the extension of the last date of admission, and as a result of their plea, the last date for admission has been increased till 31 December 2021. The Orissa Private Engineering Colleges Association has stated that there are lots of vacant seats left in the private colleges as there were many cases that the students were not attending the OJEE due to the pandemic.

By taking the concern about the plea of the Orissa Private Engineering Colleges Association, the responsible authorities marked the fact that the students have been unable to present in the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE); therefore, they have decided to increase the last date for the admission to engineering courses in the State of Odisha till 31 December 2021.
