central library- The Central library of the university was established in the year 2001. The library caters to the need of students, teachers, and researchers associated with the University, and intelligentsia and cultured classes of North Orissa. The library committee constituted as per the statutes of the University, deals with the general administration of the library and frames relevant rules subject to the approval of the authorities of the University.

Computer facilities- There are computer facilities located on the ground floor of the science block-I. The Computer Centre of North Orissa University has been planned and set up since 2002 for the benefit of the teachers and students, to cater to their Internet and also high-end programming needs. 

Hostel- North Orissa University provides hostel facilities, there are both hostels like- girls hostel & boys hostel. 

Boys Hostel: The University has a boy's hotel facility and provided a good hostel for students.

 Girls Hostel: This University has a girl's hostel facility and provided a good hostel for students.

Library facilities: The central library of the University was established in the years 2001.

North Orissa University Scholarship

In our department every year 7/8 students get qualified for NET and 5/6 to get qualified for GATE. Some students get UPSC and others. Some opt for higher studies and some for jobs. If someone gets qualified for GATE then they can do either Ph.D. or a job which is of class 1 officer. For NET either LS or JRF.
