Kumaun University, Uttarakhand is offered various courses in graduation and post-graduation courses. University now opens the admission for the 2024 session. The admission depends on the entrance exam. This entrance exam is conducted by the university that is GPAT.

If the candidate from the General category then needs to pay the Rs. 1500 for registration. And if the candidate from SC/ST then-candidate needs to pay the Rs. 750/-. The candidate can pay the fee by the demand draft favor of “Dept. of Pharmaceutical Sciences M.Pharm Course“, payable at Bank of Baroda, Nainital.

Kumaun University Eligibility Criteria

PG Programmes-  If the candidate applies for the PG courses then needs a graduation degree in a relevant subject from a well-known university.

Ph.D. Programmes- If the candidate applies for the Ph.D. the candidate needs to have the postgraduation/ Master's degree from a recognized university.

UG Programmes- If the candidate takes admission in graduation courses then-candidate needs to have the 12th class mark sheet from a well-known board.

Kumaun University Scholarship 

University provides the scholarship to the student on the basis of 12th class marks in undergraduate. In PG scholarship the university provides the scholarship to those students who secured 75% marks in graduation all years and the amount of the scholarship is 25000/-. The scholarship is provided by the state government and the central government. This university does not provide any loan facilities because the fee is very nominal. University provides the scholarship to the SC/ST students.
