Career Management Cell (T&P) of Jharkhand Rai University has the commitment of providing all possible assistance to the students providing them with a specific direction and resources for acquiring the essential skills to become industry ready. The career Management cell helps in optimizing the relationship with industry experts for grooming the students with excellent capabilities. The objective of the placement cell is for mentoring the students making a choice in particular right career, skill and aptitude as well as providing them with the proper knowledge to providing the requirements of the industrial manpower needs and requirements.

The Cv of the students must be updated and submitted to the Career Management Cell on all specific information with respect to updating of a CV, results,% of marks etc. The contact details are specified with an email address and phone number) c. Additional course details as well as other specific information. The students must assure for maintaining, 100% activities to the students organised and conducted by the Career Management Cell and more specific 75% classes which are regular with attendance which is inclusive of Life skills classes failing to be deprived for the further T&P process of assistance.

The students are deprived of the process of the assistance of placement, which is in case of the following:

1. The Career Management Cell (On/ Off-campus) helps  in organization and placement cell.
2. The maximum number of opportunities of placement providing decision by the Career Management Cell during the placement window (with final year of course)
3. The violation of one of the specific points A & C above.
4. The nomination of the placement opportunities which are eligible for application.
5. Nomination of placement opportunity is provided getting eligibility of application.
6. The placement venue is on campus or off campus with the selection of date and time
7. Any other specific disciplines of the placement venue (off-campus/ on campus) with date and time of the selection process.
8. Any specific disciplinary action is established on the individual by the University
9. The organization with the information which is prior to the information to the specific department.
