JSS University provides training and placement to the students facilitating advances and promising human beings for the industry of life sciences.

About 75 per cent of the students are opting for the enrollment of placement and training for employability of topmost and leading Hospitals, Ayurveda, leading pharma, biotech companies as well as hospitals all over India

The key advantage of the industry of life sciences is that JSS Constituent colleges are institutions which are ISO certified. As a specific part of NAAC accreditation. The training and placement are provided to the students special opportunities of Pharmacy, Management, Biomedical Sciences, Life Science, Medical and Dental. There are several collaborations with the industry for hiring the students as well as for the industry-academia exchange programs also. The training and placement cell is headed by Deputy Director- Academic since 2014. The office organizes and coordinating the meetings in the colleges and institutions composing of the colleges which are constituent three times on a yearly basis for understanding the essential and basic requirements of the students for the employment projects.

The training and placement office provides reports to the Vice Chancellor-JSS university which is JSS University. Every coordinator is from the specific constituting college will be responsible for collecting the data of the students for Pharmaceutical Sciences, Hospital Administration and life sciences.

Annual meeting schedules will be informed in advance to the constituting colleges and meetings which are organised and held at the University, attending the co-ordinators of the colleges which are respective.
