The University is striving for maintaining high standards of ethics and quality research, administration and teaching. With the result, the University has well established as the epitome of technical education and moral addressing for the requirement of modern day academic institution for extension of solutions for the daily problems of current basis with ancestral wisdom. The placement and training cell of the University plays an essential role in the identification of gaps in which the students are required for coping with the advanced and fast-changing trends of the industry. These specific gaps are provided with training for coping with the fast-changing trends of the industry. These specific gaps are provided training and support for the regular process of academics such as designing a CV, Interviews skills, group discussions, debates and public speaking, computer knowledge, spoken/written English, job placement and career counselling.

Unique features of the university are seen in the terms of Jeevandani (Life donors) and Samaydani (Time Donors) Volunteers (Karyakartas) working as faculty and staff. The faculties are provided recruitment the students have approached of mentors who are especially trained and teachers are experts in different fields of study. Ensuring the standards of teaching which are enhanced continually, the feedback sessions are conducted in the formal and informal way of the sessions of feedbacks from the students.  Furthermore, the members of the faculty are provided encouragement of international and national seminars for achieving the understanding of the field and incorporate of the syllabus which is prepared.
