AEEE 2024 Application Form

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has published the date for Online/Offline mode for the Entrance exam. The Online exam will be conducted in April 2024 in 3 slots per day. The Offline exam will be held in April 2024 tentatively only in Tamil Nadu state.

The Online application form will be published in the first week of October 2024 tentatively for the exam. It provides the application form in both formats such as Online or Offline modes.

Only the eligible student can register themselves for an entrance exam or applying online in the prescribed format or by printing the OMR application. It will Conduct exam at more than 90 centers all over India.

This Exam is mainly held each year for admission of the candidates in the B.Tech Courses. The Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham will conduct AEEE 2024 for admission into 3 out of 5 its campuses. The student must have obtained at least a 60% mark in 12th class from any recognized Board/University to apply for the application form.

The Entrance Exam will announce the result probably in the first week of May. Students must be read all instructions for further information regarding eligibility. AEEE 2024 Eligibility Criteria 

The student who is seeking to take admission in any of the Amrita Vidyapeetham University should be required to match the Eligibility Criteria of AEEE 2024.

• The student must be born on or after 01-07-1997.
• Student need to pass their 12th or equivalent examination
• The student must have obtained 60% marks in Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics or not less than 55% marks in each of these subjects.
• The appearing candidate is also eligible to apply for the AEEE 2024 application form.

AEEE 2024 Application Form.

The application form will be available in both modes such as online and offline respectively from the 1st week of October for appearing candidates. All the information regarding the application form will be updated as soon as on the official website of Amrita Vidyapeeth University. The student must follow the instruction for filling up the application form for AEEE 2024.

Online Method-

1.AEEE 2024 Registration form: Student must visit the official website of the Amrita Vidyapeeth University to fill in their personal and professional details such as Name of the student, Email Id, Date of Birth, Mobile or Contact Number, School/Institute Name, Mode of

AEEE 2024 Exam Test. Before submitting the application form, the Student must be read all the details that are provided by the candidate, If you enter wrong somethings please correct and make sure. Finally, Click on the "Submit Button" to proceed next step.

2.Upload Photograph: Students should upload the new/recently scanned passport size photo (3.5 cm * 1.5 cm and file size between 5 kb to 20kb).

3.Application Fee Payment: The student is advised to pay the application charge/fee or INR Rs.1000 after successfully uploading the photograph. The student can make a payment of the application fees through by both way like as Online or Demand Draft(DD)

For Online Mode: Students must pay the application fee through Credit/Debit Card or Net banking.

For Offline Mode: The application fee of INR Rs.1000 drawn in favor of 'Amrita School of Engineering' payable at Coimbatore. Student requests that filled all the details of Demand Draft in the online application form for completing the submission process. After entering the DD Details, Need to Click on the "Submit Button" to complete the registration process.

4.Confirmation & Submission: After the successful submission of the AEEE 2024 application form, the student should take a print out of the online application form. Need to send it along with Demand Draft (DD) to official address: The Admission Co-ordinator, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amrita Nagar (P.O.),Ettimadai, Coimbatore-641 112, Tamil Nadu. Note: Students must write the application number and contact number on the backside of the Demand Draft (DD) should be sent to the admission office along with the application form.

Offline Method

1. The student can obtain the application form from the list of sale outlets like Dhanlaxmi Bank, Federal Bank, and Post Offices on payment of INR Rs.1000/. It is also available at Handbook and Admission Brochure.
2. The candidate also can be obtained from the University Counter on providing a Demand Draft(DD) INR Rs.1000 in favor of "Amrita School of Engineering" Payable at Coimbatore.
3. The AEEE 2024 application form can also be received by post from the Admission Co-ordinator of Amrita School of Engineering, Coimbatore. Must mention the full address along with the Demand Draft of Rs.1000.
4. The student must fill OMR Printed Application form and send it to the admission office such as “The Admission Co-ordinator, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amrita Nagar (P.O.),Ettimadai, Coimbatore-641 112, Tamil Nadu.” before the last day of submission.

How To Book A Slot For AEEE 2024

To book a slot, Only registered student must follow the link provided in the University and follow the step as given below-

• The student visits the official website and logs in to the portal by providing their application number and date of birth.
• After successful login into the portal, Students needed to choose their test center as per their convenience.
• The student must click on the continue Button If any problem occurs then students don't go back. Wait until close the window and log in again.
• After Chosen the test center, the Student will be able to select the Date and Time based on availability.
• The slot once booked, will not be changed at any cost. Request to change the test centers will also be not entertained by the authorities.
• Candidate can download the hall ticket after slot book. The hall ticket contains the address of the Examination center for the candidate.

Slot Booking In Offline Mode (P&P)

Those students who have selected the offline mode of examination will be given a single slot. A student needs to select two test centers and will be allocated with the first preference. After successful allotment of the test centers, Students can download the AEEE 2024 hall ticket.

About Hall Ticket Of AEEE 2024

The student can be obtained hall tickets for AEEE 2024 after successfully completing the process of slot booking. The Admit Card will be available to the eligible student who has successfully completed their application form.

• The student can download the hall ticket to log in to the registered account by using the Email ID/Application number along with the date of birth.
• Hall tickets cannot be sent by post. The student will be required to download and take it printed.

Counseling Procedure Of AEEE 2024

Only a qualified student of the AEEE 2024 exam will be called for the counseling process. It will be starting from the last week of May 2024. The counseling of AEEE 2024 would be offline where the student will have to report before the last date.

All the information regarding such as counseling date, session, and rank numbers of the student for counseling will be announced on the University website in the first week of May 2024. The student must have to submit a Demand Draft (DD) of INR Rs.10,000 which will be not refundable at any cost.
